British Fireman with Saved Girl 1860s - 11" Bronze AF1B

This is as close as we can get to the very famous 'Saved' picture of a Victorian fireman rescuing a young girl from a burning building.

By the style of dress, it is believed to be set around 1860 and our sculpture is scaled to 11" tall. On the  steps at the back of the sculpture the first verse of The Fireman's Prayer has been added:

"When I am called to duty God
Whenever flames may rage
Give me strength to save some life
Whatever be its age"

All statuettes are supplied ready mounted on a plain wooden deep base and you can now have your statuette personalised with engraving onto a brass plaque - this is included in the price.

Maximum size for engraving is 3 lines with no more than 35 characters per line (inc spaces). Please e-mail your engraving requirements to us at: shop@firefighterscharity.org.uk
